Fish pie
I shot this fish pie for the WI but had the forethought to ask Dagmar who did the food styling to make it with gluten free flour so I could take it home and share it with Andro for supper, Just so comforting and delicious.
Crab & dill souffle from today’s shoot
It’s funny I haven’t photographed a souffle in years but suddenly they seem to be back in fashion - two in a week!
A simple classic Swedish open sandwich of sliced egg with Swedish ansjovis (not actually anchovies but pickled sprats) with chopped chives on rye bread.
